Meet the Latina Stars Performing at the 2024 Latin Grammys

From Becky G’s captivating música mexicana to Kali Uchis’ reggaeton and pop, here are the Latina artists set to take the stage at this year’s Latin Grammys.

The 2024 Latin Grammys are just around the corner. On October 28, the Latin Recording Academy announced additional A-list performers, including Latinas like Colombian-American singer Kali Uchis, Mexican-American songstress Becky G, and Brazilian superstar Anitta. This highly anticipated awards show will take place at the Kaseya Center in Miami, FL, on Thursday, November 14—so mark your calendars desde ahorita!

All three newly announced Latinas are also nominees this year. Uchis is up for four awards, including Record of the Year and Best Pop Song for “Igual Que Un Ángel” with Peso Pluma, Best Pop Vocal Album for her latest release Orquídeas, and Best Reggaeton Performance for “Labios Mordidos,” her collaboration with Karol G. Becky G is nominated for Best Regional Song for her stunning música mexicana collaboration “Por El Contrario,” featuring Angela Aguilar and Leonardo Aguilar. Meanwhile, Anitta’s “Mil Veces” is up for Record of the Year, and her collaboration “Joga Pra Lua” with Dennis & Pedro Sampaio is nominated for Best Portuguese Language Urban Performance.

Other performers include the most-nominated artist, Mexican singer-songwriter Edgar Barrera, Puerto Rican-American trap star Eladio Carrión, Mexican-American group Grupo Frontera, Cuban-American pop star Pitbull, and Venezuelan singer-songwriter Danny Ocean.

Additional Latinas performing include Latina trio Darumas, Argentinean singer Emilia, Venezuelan-American singer-songwriter Elena Rose, and Colombian pop singer Ela Taubert. Other Latinos set to perform include Mexican singer-songwriter Leonel García, Mexican singer Carlos Rivera, Mexican group Reik, Mexican superstar Alejandro Fernández, and Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi.

With such an impressive lineup, viewers can expect a diverse range of sounds for this special 25th-anniversary celebration. From Becky G’s captivating música mexicana to Uchis’ reggaeton and pop, the night promises thrilling performances for all.
