Latin artists are influencing music on a global scale. According to major platforms like Spotify and TikTok’s end-of-year lists, fan favorites such as Bad Bunny, Karol G, and Yeri Mua are being heard around the world—and we love to see it.

So, shoutout if you’ve been streaming Karol G’s Mañana Será Bonito or Yeri Mua’s “TRAKA” and “CHUPON.” Thanks to your support, our favorite Latinas are topping the charts this year. (For the record, Karol G’s “OJOS FERRARI” is a must on my pregame playlists!)

Top Latino Artists on Spotify

Latino artists made waves on Spotify’s Most-Streamed Artists Globally list. Puerto Rican icon Bad Bunny secured the No. 3 spot. At the same time, corrido tumbado star Peso Pluma claimed No. 7. Colombian reggaetonero Feid rounded out the list at No. 10. Other top artists included global powerhouses like Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, and Ariana Grande.

More Latin artists dominated Spotify’s end-of-year rankings. Chilean stars FloyyMenor and Cris Mj snagged the No. 4 spot on Most-Streamed Songs Globally with their hit collaboration “Gata Only.” And let’s not forget our Colombian queen Karol G, who landed at No. 4 on Most-Streamed Albums Globally with Mañana Será Bonito, joining artists like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and SZA in Spotify’s Top 10 Albums Global list.

Top Latino Artists on TikTok

Now, let’s talk TikTok. Mexican influencer and reggaetonera Yeri Mua made a bold statement this year, topping TikTok’s Top 10 Global Artists 2024 and solidifying her status as a standout in the Mexican reggaeton scene. Fellow Mexican artist Kim Loaiza also made the list. Meanwhile, Dominican-American rap star Ice Spice landed No. 2 on TikTok’s Top 10 U.S. Artists 2024.

On the song charts, FloyyMenor and Cris Mj’s “Gata Only” claimed the No. 1 spot on TikTok’s Top 10 Global Songs 2024. Brazilian drag queen and singer Pabllo Vittar also earned a spot on the list with “Alibi,” alongside Iranian-Dutch artist Sevdaliza and French singer Yseult. Música mexicana star Xavi’s “La Diabla” hit No. 6, while “Gata Only” reappeared at No. 10 on TikTok’s Top 10 U.S. Songs 2024.
